Everyday around noon I am on Gilt...scouring the daily sales for my next steal. I did purchase a tencel grey cardigan shirt dress by Surface To Air...but what I really wanted was this little dirty good ensemble. Tulle romper with pinstripe stitching detail & double mesh netting...who doesn't need this? This girl does. Love the airy sky color. Black bra under & black blazer over...yes, please!

Obsessed! One of our reps just emailed me the information on these little goodies. Retailing at $35! I am so excited to be getting them into the shop soon. With canvas sliding onto the shelves with leather, crocodile, & the rest of the luxe materials that make up all those bags we love & covet, this is the perfect addition. The New York Times recently claimed it the "Best Fake"...that it is. For those of us drooling over every Hermes Birkin bag we see let me offer you a chic cheap alternative. Dressing Room will be housing all 3 colors. (I would choose a favorite but I can't! Love them all! Maybe the navy if I had to choose in a life or death situation.) During some morning browsing I discovered that Saks and Neiman Marcus have Spring11 shoes available for pre-order...this usually means trouble. I have a love/hate relationship with the pre-order philosophy. I love to know that there is an amazing pair or somethings coming to be in the future, but I hate not experiencing the immediate gratification that makes shopping what it is. Oh well...another round of loving & hating coming up. Above are my faves. I love all of the nude, flesh tones happening this season...but also highly adore the bright neon shades making an appearance. 1st on the must-have list are the Versace wedges...I am in love. Need the Brian Atwoods for my sis's wedding in May. The rest to follow.

Julia & I are not always easy to buy for...escpecially since we usually buy what we want for ourselves before anyone else gets a chance to. However, I have to give kudos to us both this year for gifting each other with suprise yummies. (Tradition is normally to tell one another everything we are getting/giving) Having bitten our tongues this time we were each very happy to open our pretty gift wrapped boxes. That is one of my favorite things about online shopping...gift wrap & gift messages are free! I always send myself a little note with each purchase. (i.e. You deserve this! You are fabulous! etc.) There is nothing like a black box with white ribbon reading Saks Fifth Avenue or Barneys all over it...that can really get a girl going. Thank you to Julia for my amazing YSL jewel & I hope you are enjoying your furry hat! So chic!

Above are my top 4 favorite looks from the Golden Globes 2011. I always have so much fun watching the movie stars strut their stuff down the red carpet. A few points on each:

Angelina Jolie...Really? How gorgeous can a person be please. Love the color, love the beading, love the sleeves, love the hair down & non fussy. She is amazing.

Anne Hathaway...To die for. She looks iconic. The color on her is flawless. I adore her always anyways so no need to say more. RZ fantastic eye as usual.

January Jones...I need this, obviously. But would prefer it in emerald green or peach...just for me. The classic red looks stunning on her. And when is a little fringe a good idea? Always!!!

Emma Stone...The bleach blonde thing is working. Always a fan of the simplicity of Calvin Klein Collection designs & this is just another example of the perfection. How peachy yummy does she look?

My favorite vacation spot ever is the Breakers Palm Beach Hotel...AMAZING! Favorite thing about the Breakers...how every door opens as you approach...who wants to open their own door on vacation anyways? Brandon & I took a little trip up there in August...hence the overdue. Overdue meaning I should have posted these pics a long time ago & meaning I need to go back asap. I miss the beach, I miss not having to open the door, & mostly I miss Adrian who makes the best Miami Vice & always shows me a little favoritism. :) We will be back soon Adrian so get the blenders ready!

Thank you to Christy & Kate for modeling some of the fabulous fashion at Dressing Room Boutique! We were featured along with Blades Salon & Spa who provided ideas for holiday hair & makeup. Even though I had to be there at 6am...the girls had to be there at 4am for hair & makeup so I can't complain to much...it was so much fun! Both looked insane. My faves...Kate's blown out head of curls to go along with the very 70's Halston Heritage plum metallic romper (to die for!) & Christy's sleep tippity top bun with the one sleeve lace Madison Marcus dress...those Mawi earrings deserve hair up. Looking good ladies!

Miles oh Miles

Isn't he the cutest? Sarah popped up to the shop the other day with baby Miles in tow. I was so excited to give him his 1st Christmas gift! I love love love shopping for baby clothes...I think it is because they are less expensive than my wanted items so I fell like I can purchase more. The football-esque hat & socks! Both are so small & it is the most adorable thing ever I could die. I knew her husband would love it! Now they can live happily ever after in the father-son football Sundays. Ahh I just want to squeeze him!

Just have to say thank you to my lover bear Brandon for gifting me with these beauties for my 24th birthday. I was so shoe happy when I got home and found these boys waiting for me. I don't think anyone gets as excited as I do to see a FedEx, UPS, or DHL truck coming my way! I always say he does so well with gift giving...I think it might be a result of my constantly saying how gift giving/getting is my love language.
